Participants in their speeches delved into new pathways for enterprises' global expansion and international cooperation. Zheng Xiongwei, a renowned international economist and Global Executive Chairman of the Asia-Pacific CEO Association, pointed out that BRICS economic and trade cooperation is a vital part of global economic collaboration, with China and its BRICS partners increasingly strengthening ties, continuously injecting robust momentum into South-South cooperation. He emphasized that compared to mature global multinational corporations, Chinese enterprises are still in the early stages of global expansion, facing complex international environments, and their models urgently need restructuring, drawing lessons from Japanese companies' successful experience in deeply integrating into global innovation and industrial systems through long-term strategic investments.
You Hongbing, President of the China Federation of Economic Cooperation of Shareholding Enterprises, stated that the "Four Thousand Spirits" of Zhejiang's private economy provide significant inspiration for Chinese enterprises to integrate into the global market, and global expansion is a key initiative in building a new dual-circulation development paradigm. He noted that China possesses the world's most comprehensive industrial system, offering solid support for enterprises' global expansion, while also achieving remarkable successes in green development and poverty reduction, with non-fossil energy accounting for over 50% of electricity generation and lifting more than 800 million people out of poverty cumulatively.
Xu Jiayi, Chairperson of the BRICS Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum Committee, emphasized that the conference, organized by the committee, aims to build a bridge connecting China and the world, both assisting Chinese enterprises in sailing globally and welcoming foreign enterprises to invest in China. She pointed out that China is committed to attracting investments from BRICS countries, with diversified investment fields, rapid growth, and strong vitality. BRICS nations are enhancing multilateral economic and trade cooperation, strengthening industrial and supply chain synergies, and jointly building a new paradigm for innovative development.
As a co-organizer of the conference, Zhejiang 27° Love Tea Technology Co., Ltd. played an active role in promoting the global expansion of Chinese tea culture. The company, leveraging its "One Body, Five Wings" industrial layout, combines traditional tea culture with modern business model innovations, providing a vivid practice for the global dissemination of Chinese culture. During the conference, participants engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as enterprise global expansion, production capacity cooperation, and innovative development, promoting the establishment of a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economic and trade cooperation system.
The conference received enthusiastic responses from all parties. The Asia-Pacific CEO Association will leverage its global industrial network to match Chinese enterprises with overseas resources, while government departments and international economic organizations worldwide will provide comprehensive support for enterprises' global expansion.
