Currently, artificial intelligence technology is experiencing explosive growth, providing significant opportunities for BRICS and other emerging markets and developing countries to drive economic growth and achieve sustainable development. Against this backdrop, this month, the Global Development Promotion Center Innovation Training Base and the Municipal BRICS Office will jointly host the 'AI Navigation, Intelligent Future—Training Course on AI Development and Practical Applications,' aiming to help relevant countries seize the shared opportunities of AI development, deepen talent cultivation and industrial cooperation in related fields, and advance the Global Development Initiative to greater depth and substance.
The training course consists of four sessions, each starting at 19:00 Beijing Time every Monday from June 9 to 30. The training will invite experts and scholars to deliver lectures in English via live online sessions, covering topics such as the fundamentals of AI technology, introduction and practical applications of commonly used AI tools like DeepSeek, revolutionary applications of AI and large models, and key AI technologies and industrial investment opportunities, enriching participants' interactive exchange experience.
The first session is scheduled to begin online at 19:00 Beijing Time on June 9 (Monday), featuring a lecture and discussion on 'Fundamentals of AI Technology' by Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor Chen Longbiao from the School of Information at Xiamen University. Stay tuned!
